The Program Director (2)

will be responsible for the program delivery and onsite operation success of The Skills Center’s school based programs at St Peter Claver Catholic School and Pierce Middle School.

Responsibilities:

· Develop successful program strategies, grow program scope and improve program design
· Establish program performance standards and implement organization’s policies and procedures
· Supervise staff, students and contract partners
· Work collaboratively with program partners, community partners, parents, schools to ensure the successful implementation of program and services.
· Actively engage parents and provide family referrals to community resources
· Ensure program performance measurements and evaluation effectiveness
· Provide all program reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree requirement, graduate degree preferred Spanish Bilingual preferred at Pierce Middle School At least 3 years experience in a management role Demonstrated success developing and implementing youth programs Proficient in using technology as a management reporting tool and program evaluation systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must pass a Level II Background Check

The Life Skills Coach (2)

will be responsible for implementing life skills programming at The Skills Center’s school based programs at Pierce Middle School and Marshall Middle School.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate interactive trainings and workshops
· Provide instruction to students on how to transfer and apply life skills
· Engage and motivate students’ active participation in program
· Conduct student assessments and evaluate performance
· Complete reports and assist in program development

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree required or 2 years youth development experience; sports background a plus
· Creative presentation skills
· Demonstrated ability to work with middle age students
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in using technology as a management reporting tool and program evaluation systems

Requirement:

· Must pass a Level II Background check and drug test
